Terms

Plain-English terms for using Advocate.

What Advocate is

Advocate is a personal AI assistant. It answers questions, drafts letters and emails, makes sense of confusing paperwork, and helps you plan and stay organized.

Not professional advice

Advocate is an AI assistant, not a law firm, and it does not give legal, medical, or financial advice. It can help you understand things and draft documents, but for a decision that matters, talk to a qualified professional.

AI can be wrong or incomplete. Always check anything important before you act on it.

Acceptable use

Use Advocate for lawful purposes. Do not use it to harm others, to break the law, or to try to misuse or overload the service.

Billing

Premium is sold by Advocate AI LLC and billed through Stripe. It costs $12.99 a month or $124.70 a year and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices don't include any sales tax that may apply. The price is shown in the app and on Stripe's checkout page before you pay.

You can cancel anytime in Settings under Manage billing. Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep Premium until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Payments are not refunded, but we may make exceptions at our discretion. You can't delete your account while your subscription is set to renew or has an unpaid balance, so cancel it first in Manage billing.

Liability

Advocate is provided as-is. We work to keep it useful and available, but we are not liable for losses that come from relying on an AI-generated answer or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here removes protections the law gives you that cannot be waived.
